RUSHROUTE / PRIVACY

Your information,
with a clear purpose.

This notice explains how independently owned RushRoute uses information for website and creative services.

Updated October 4, 2026.

Project inquiries

Our form asks for your name, business name, email, optional website address, selected service, and project description. We use this information to review and respond to your request and, if you choose to proceed, discuss and deliver the agreed work. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, home addresses, or sensitive documents.

Optional visitor analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and successful inquiry submissions on our public pages. We do not send names, emails, form contents, private project information, or portal and billing activity. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences. Essential login cookies remain necessary for portal access.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in a private directory on our hosting account, outside the public website. Hosting administrators can access them. The hosting provider processes the site and its server logs. When email notifications are configured, our email provider handles those notifications; the notification itself contains a request reference and service name, rather than your full message.

Client accounts and projects

Inquiries create or link a client account for follow-up. A submitted address is unverified until you sign in using a private email link or one-time code. Care purchases create or link a client account using the checkout email after verified payment. One-time purchases may stay as guests. Clients verify their email before signing in to review projects, exchange messages and files, and request small edits. Project access is limited to the assigned client, authorized staff, and RushRoute administrators. An administrator can also grant temporary guest access with explicit permissions and an expiration date. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Files are kept outside the public website and require an authorized account or a valid guest session with download permission. Do not upload passwords, financial records, or sensitive personal documents.

Payments and billing

Stripe processes payments through secure embedded checkout and hosted billing screens. RushRoute stores payment references and status, but does not receive or store card numbers or security codes. Read Stripe’s privacy policy.

Cookies and technical information

The inquiry form uses an essential session cookie to protect form submissions and show your receipt. Client portal sessions also use essential cookies and expire after inactivity. Server logs may contain IP addresses and request information. The form uses a short-lived hash of an IP address to limit abusive requests. Advertising tracking is disabled. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow it.

Retention and your requests

We keep inquiry records while responding to requests and for relevant project and business administration. You can ask us to correct or delete an inquiry, subject to records we need to keep for an active project or applicable obligations. Use the privacy request form and include your inquiry reference if you have one. We may need to verify your email before disclosing or changing a record.

No marketing signup

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell information submitted through this form.
