Billing made
easy to find.

One-time purchases can use guest checkout. Use your checkout email to securely view or pay invoices. For a care subscription, we create or link your RushRoute account after payment so you can view billing cycles, recorded usage, and manage or cancel renewal. Verify your email to sign in; no password is required.

Our billing provider verifies your email before showing private payment details. Each purchase and billing cycle has its own record. Save the emailed receipt for your files; invoices remain available in secure billing.

How care is billed

Website builds are one-time purchases at the price shown before payment. HTML Care is $19.00 per month with up to 2 small edits and 15 minutes. WordPress Care is $39.00 per month with up to 4 small edits and 30 minutes. Any active promotion and your exact rate appear at checkout and on your invoice.

A billing cycle runs from one renewal to the next. Only completed small edits count toward the included allowance. Unused edits or minutes do not roll over. New pages, large changes, extra work, and outside costs require a separate quote before we bill them.

Care renews monthly until you cancel. A cancellation ends future renewals; your current paid period continues. Published plan changes do not silently alter an existing subscription. See our service details for the notice and acceptance policy.

Your project and care usage

After a one-time payment is verified, save your private project link from the confirmation page. It gives you 30 days of access to that project, including progress, requests, and deliverables shared by RushRoute. Keep it private. Care subscribers use their RushRoute account for project updates and recorded usage across recent billing cycles; only completed edits count. We can renew or revoke guest access when needed.
